Just a reminder that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 29 July at 5.00 PM at Souths Rugby League Club, Davies Park.

I think it is a good thing to become involved and to vote and/or attend the meeting;  but you don’t have much time left to vote. You can vote electronically or by paper. If you do vote by paper, and give it to someone else to hand in, you must also give them a proxy form to hand in.

You can read the Agenda here – it was distributed to owners a few weeks ago. It is much the same as for previous years in that we asked to vote on a number of measures that have already been signed off by the committee.  It appears to be because our end of financial year is 30 April, yet we have an AGM 3 months later.
