Virtuoso Body Corporate Committee (VBCC)
The hardworking VBCC has been keen to create a transparent and accountable environment within Virtuoso where owners feel comfortable about communicating with the Committee – and know they will be listened to. A VBCC generic email address has been established to facilitate residents’ direct communication with the Committee. However, you’re welcome to raise issues direct with Committee members if that’s preferred.

Body Corporate Manager – Civium
Civium provides a portal to enable each owner to have secure access to their personal information, such as the status of levy payments, and to important information and documents including the By-Laws.
Owners may click herefor the portal – you obviously need your password.
Caretaker
The on-site presence of a building manager is performed by Stockwell Living during normal business hours. The on site manager has an office in the gymnasium building.

Book Club
A group of keen readers gets together monthly to discuss an agreed book. The book to be read is chosen by common agreement and good discussion is assured. Participants take turns in hosting the meetings and providing light refreshments. New members are welcome – including men.

Mens Group
The mens group meets monthly for an outing such as lawn bowls, croquet etc. Usually played in the morning with a lunch to follow.
