As you would be aware Stockwell is the on-site caretaker at Virtuoso.

It seems from various formal meetings and correspondence since inception, that there is an going disagreement between the Body Corporate Committee acting on our behalf and Stockwell.

Given that we are paying more than $147,000 this year for caretaker services, it is worth looking at the original agreement and some of the correspondence. It is not rivetting reading; far from it. But it does demonstrate the need to be forever vigilante with body corporate funds and to call things out when expectations are not being met.
